What Payment Options Do You Accept?

Do Your Pricing Includes Fixture?
We offer fixture and bulb on a separate budget, unless stated otherwise.
Do You Offer Receipts?
Yes, we’ll provide you with a receipt or ETR to assist you in tracking your sales with us. Furthermore, we can arrange to send you the a PDF Invoice Receipt.
Do you have a catalog?
Our complete catalog is online-only on our website. We also send updates to our customers via our email newsletter. It’s filled with new products, exclusive deals, and home decor inspiration. Sign up in the footer of this page.
What does it mean to pre-order?
A popular or highly-anticipated new item will often be placed on “pre-order” a few months before it is expected to arrive. This means you can purchase the item ahead of time, placing you among the first in line to receive it and helping you to avoid the possibility of the item selling out.

Is My Credit Card Info Safe With You?
Yes! Your safety and confidence is a priority.
When you place an order online through mfalmemb.com, your personal information and credit card or debit card information are encrypted using the most advanced SHA-2 SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology available on the market.
All your private data is processed by our bank, and we only receive an approval or denial.
When you order online, we never receive any of your credit card or personal information. For all other kinds of orders, we have implemented a strict policy of destroying any private information we obtain.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes, we can ship your gift directly to the recipient.
When you checkout, fill out your name and address as the billing address and the recipient’s name as the shipping address.
The receiver of the gift will only receive a packing slip and will not receive an invoice with the prices.
All orders with different shipping and billing address will receive a packing slip without prices.
Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
Do you offer discounts?
Our products offer everyday value. Since we design, and sell directly to you, our products already cost significantly less than what you would pay for an equal quality product at a traditional retailer.
We will occasionally run sales or offer discount coupons.

When will I receive my pre-ordered?
To give you an idea of when you can expect your item, we list an estimated ship date on the product page. This date refers to the day on which the item will ship from our warehouse to you.
Please keep in mind, that this date is an estimation. Due to the nature of overseas shipping, your item may arrive before or after the scheduled date, and in rare instances, the arrival can be postponed 2-4 weeks.
If there is any change in schedule greater than five days, we will send an email to notify you.
How long will it take to get the item to me?
Once shipped, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks (for out of stock items) based on the method of shipment and the shipping location. During checkout, you’ll select your choice of shipping method and see an estimate for how soon you can expect the item.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free shipping on most orders over $750.
Orders that do not meet the $750 threshold are charged a small fee; as we normally use Uber Boda for orders within Nairobi to help deliver your item safely, on time and its relatively cheap. Orders outside Nairobi are offered at a flat rate shipping fee.
There are select product exclusions that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. In these cases, the total shipping charges are clearly identified on the product page or during checkout. For select products, upgraded delivery options may be available for purchase during checkout.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are working to support the shipment of more and more items every day, however, there are some product exclusions. Our Customer Service team will confirm your order within 24-48 hours.
How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?
It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. If you find any issues, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If by some chance, your item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team.
